By the end of this course delegates should understand how Covid-19 has affected the community, the possible long-term impact and what measures are required to help ensure the community recovers in the best way possible.
This on-demand course aims to give voluntary and community groups restarting a clear understanding of the expectations, changes and protocols that may be in place to support them, their volunteers, employers, and the community as a whole.
This training can be completed from the comfort of your own home. The training lasts for 2 hours with a short test at the end to confirm your learning and understanding.
The Community Restart programme is an initiative funded by the Collaborative Commuities Board. Community Action Suffolk is committed to help re-mobile the VCSE sector to re-open in a Covid safe way. As part of the initiative there is funding available to help organisations achieve this in-line with the Government’s recommendations from step 3 of the roadmap, currently due to take place from May 17th.
