Playing Out in Suffolk Information Workshop

Registration is closed for this event
A workshop discussing how Playing Out works and the benefits it can bring to Suffolk Communities.

What is Playing Out? Originating from Bristol its concept is based on how our society used to ‘play out’ in the past. Playing Out is a social enterprise that describes itself in the following way:

We are a parent and resident-led movement restoring children’s freedom to play out in the streets and spaces where they live, for their health, happiness and sense of belonging.

This short introductory workshop will provide you with information on how Playing Out works, the benefits that it brings to health, communities and wellbeing.  There will be an opportunity to discuss questions you may have about Playing Out.

There is a Facebook page that you are welcome to follow

We will also consider whether Suffolk would benefit from Playing Out and if so, how together we can make it happen.

Refreshments included and this workshop is free.  There will be time after the workshop to join us for coffee.

There is a Facebook page which you are invited to follow Suffolk Play Streets
